We would like to offer a great opportunity to reach your target market—
and at the same time help the High Meadow Performing Arts Center,
a worthy cause and community resource in the Marbletown area.
There are five options for your participation (see below for 2012 sponsorship form and instructions):
Event Sponsor/Platinum: $5,000
Event will be named in honor of sponsor and used in all print, broadcast and web applications. Booth/tent at start/finish line. Limited to one event sponsor per year. Video infomercial on RTR website.
Gold Sponsor: $3,000
Large logo on all collateral material and t-shirt 10’ x 10’ Booth/tent at start/finish line or at a refreshment station within the race. Name/logo announced on all advertising (radio and print). Video infomercial on RTR website.
Silver Sponsor: $1,500
Medium-sized logo on all collateral material and t-shirt 8’ Table at start/finish line or at a refreshment station within the race.
Bronze Sponsor: $500
Logo on collateral material and t-shirt, ability to distribute literature at event, and name and logo on mile markers (see below).
Mile Marker: $50 for one sign; $150 for four identical signs (intended for micro-businesses and individuals)
Very small businesses can display their names; individuals can write up to six words of encouragement to riders or can express their general enthusiasm for the event. Mile Markers enhance each rider’s experience of community support as they traverse the varied routes of this beautifully designed ride.
